On-site Scanning is more secure than Off-Site
Entrusting your and your clients confidential documents
with off-site companies can be a daunting task. Confidentiality
and security are major issues for companies and losing
control is not an option!
On-Site
Scanning's secure process gives you complete piece of
mind, by fulfilling all your scanning needs at your premises,
giving you confidence that your documents are safe and
secure.
Having your documents taken off-site can also have implications
in the day to day running of your business. In most instances
your documents will be off-site for two to six weeks and
retrieval can be a complicated and time consuming service.
With immediate access to your documents in case of an
urgent need for retrieval you and your staff will have
no disruption to your working day.
With
On-Site Scanning your confidential data need not be entrusted
to a number of different people from collection by one
person, warehouse staff, a preparation team, a scanning
team, checked by another team then transported back by
another person. Your documents will have the potential
to be handled by up to a dozen pair of hands.
On
Site Scanning will have one dedicated team assigned to
the job until it is completed. Our staff are completely
vetted and a confidentiality / non disclosure agreement
will be signed between ourselves and you the client before
any work commences.
